customs, market management in checking commodity products.
Regulations consists of three chapters with 14 articles:
Chapter 1 - General provisions (Articles 1 through 7) stated in details: scope, coordinate the inspection rules; coordinate the inspection form, contents of inspection, coordination between central agencies and local agencies in examining CPs; relations between central agencies check with the local inspection in inspection activities CPs; coordination among local agencies in checking CPs.
Chapter II - The contents of coordination test (from Articles 8 to 12), regulations on coordination in building projects, programs and plans for inter-branch inspection, testing organizations to coordinate interdisciplinary CPs coordinate product quality control in production, quality control and coordinate import goods, export quality control and coordinate the circulation of goods on the market.
Chapter III - Implementation provisions (including Article 13 and Article 14), regulations on organizational assessment and coordination activities to implement the terms of decision.
