BR-VT Industrial Zones Authority told the news that there were 22 projects in industrial zones of BR-VT behind schedule, had not yet deployed construction. In particular, Phu My I Industrial Zone (IZ) has 8 projects, My Xuan A2 IZ has 6 projects; My Xuan A IZ has 2 projects, 2 projects in Long Son IZ, 2 projects at My Xuan B1 Conac, 1 project at Cai Mep IZ, and 1 at Chau Duc IZ.

According to the BR-VT Industrial Zones Authority, most projects delayed implementation are because of financial difficulties, or have not been allocated ground, stuck with environmental procedures. Specifically, some have encountered difficulties due to conversion of investment partners, leading to breach of investors’ plans.
