August 26th, 27th, 2013 in Vung Tau City.Center for research and development of science and technology(KH&CN) communication – Ministry of Science & Technology held a training course on advanced communication services for innovation activities in KH & CN for the objects is the media hub officers of Departments of KH & CN in the country and representatives of the press in the South region.

The course is to enhance awareness on public media and issues of science & technology concerned by society through 4 subjects including: Role of media leaders and cadres with local science and technology communication. Basic media skills on innovations; creative innovation in enterprises and modern media measures and applied opportunities in Vietnam.       

At the training course, leaders Ministry of Science & Technology and media professionals in the field of science and technology have released the strengths and limitations of the localities in communication tasks in the field of science and technology. In fact, the investment funds and communication team in the field of science and technology at the localities is limited at present. Communication activities in the field of science and technology(KH&CN) are to fall into the rut and no innovation etc.  

Deputy Director of Ministry of Science & Technology Nghiêm Vũ Khải said that, communication will encourage people, especially scientists to create more to reach the target in the field of KH&CN towards economic – social development of the Country. Therefore, the training course is the best chance to publicize communication in the field of KH&CN, which can raise and integrate more deep knowledge on media skills, guarantee successful of media activities in order to enhance awareness on KH&CN in the whole society.
