On October 29th, 2013, The Provincial Department of Science & Technology held a training meeting “Measure to access and choose models, tools to improve quality capacity in the best conformity with travel sector. 

Taking part in the training course, there are representatives of Operation Committee of Quality Capacity Project of BR-VT (representatives of competent departments, authorities, sectors as members) and 80 small and medium sized enterprises in tourism business in Vung Tau Beach City. The training course belongs to the Project programme “Improve capacity and quality of goods products of S&M Enterprises in the BRVT within 2012-2015” approved by the Provincial People’s Committee under decision no. 2541/QD-UBND dated November 19th, 2012.

Trainees will be trained with contents relating to measures to improve capacity and quality of travel enterprises, management system to serve management tasks and enhance servIce quality presented by experts of BSI Vietnam.   

At the meeting, trainees have opportunities to share their ideas, ideals with Project Operation Committee and BSI Consultants on issues concerned their authorities, companies such as output management, improve capacity, measures to enhance productivity, management systems applied popularly in the travelling field such as ISO 9001/ISO 9004, customer satisfaction management system ISO 10001, environment quality system ISO 14001, power management system ISO 50001, QLATTP HACCP, QLAT&SKNN OHSAS 18001, road traffic safety management system complying with ISO 39001:2012, integrated management system in accordance with PAS 99:2012.
