Selection of subject on developing green tree system in urban areas in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province

On June 26th, Department of Science and Technology Ba Ria-Vung Tau organized a Selection Committee for project "Do survey and assessment of situation and propose specific plans to develop green tree system in urban areas in Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

On June 26th, Department of Science and Technology Ba Ria-Vung Tau organized a Selection Committee for project "Do survey and assessment of situation and propose specific plans to develop green tree system in urban areas in Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Participating in training class includes 3 units: Pets Association HCMC, headed by Master.Vu Thi Quyen, Institute of Environment and Natural Resources National University HCMC, chairman Dr.Che Dinh Ly; Institute of Urban Studies, Chairman Dr.Tran Thi Hai Van.

According to evaluation of selection committee, the title "Do survey, assessment of situation and propose specific plans to develop green tree system in urban areas in  Ba Ria-Vung Tau province" by Dr.Che Dinh Ly is fully satisfactory and most highly feasible with the highest score of the Council, however, need to complete subject content accordingly to obtain superior results.

Goal of project "Do survey and assessment of situation and propose specific plans to develop green tree system in urban areas in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province" of Dr.Che Dinh Ly is to investigate, assess the status, recruitment research, build green tree systems in accordance with climatic conditions, soil and cultural, history requirements in provicial urbans... meet the demands for green, clean, beautiful, safe, economical and maintenance costs for the provincial budget, requirements of adaptation to climate change in the future. Investigating current status of urban trees, select crops and do master plan for urban municipality in provincial area urbans: Baria City, Vung Tau City and overall planning of urban trees in 5 other urban areas include Ngai Giao town, Con Dao, Long Dien, Dat Do, Phu My.
