In the afternoon of December 1^st, 2015, at the provincial Convention Center, the provincial People’s Committee, Chubu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (Japan) co-organized a seminar on Vietnam-Japan environmental technologies.

In the opening remarks, Ms. Le Thi Cong, Director of the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, said that over the last few years, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province and Japanese agencies and businesses had been collaborated to organize a wide range of activities to promote trading and build a mutually beneficial cooperation in which pollution treatments and environmental protection solutions are of crucial importance. This seminar was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and share experiences in the field of environmental remediation between provincial enterprises and Japanese companies.
