On July 28^th, the Department of Science and Technology held an advisory Council in selecting organization and individual to implement the project "Establish, develop and promote a collective mark for Vung Tau yellowstripe scads".

On July 28^th, the Department of Science and Technology held an advisory Council in selecting organization and individual to implement the project "Establish, develop and promote a collective mark for Vung Tau yellowstripe scads".

Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, a professor at Tra Vinh University registered to lead the project with Tra Vinh University as in-charge organization. The objective of the project is to establish collective mark for the yellowstrip scad products of Vung Tau city and propose solutions to manage production process and to promote the collective mark.

The project will contribute to enhance the reputation, quality and production efficiency of yellowstrip scad products of Vung Tau city through marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and expand market size. These are expected to contribute to the social economic development of local communities.
