Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc receives President of the US’s Harbinger Capital Partners LLC Philip Falcone, Ha Noi, September 25, 2017

At the reception, Philip Falcone hoped that the Vietnamese government would continue to provide optimal conditions for the fund’s investment projects.

He said he believes in Viet Nam’s investment climate and wishes to expand his fund’s operation in the nation. 

In turn, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said the Vietnamese Government always creates favourable conditions for foreign investors, including those from the U.S.

Viet Nam will continue to build an equal and favourable business environment, he affirmed.

The PM spoke highly of the fund’s investment in Viet Nam, saying that it encourages other U.S.companies to pour cash into the country.

Mr. Phuc also praised efforts made by Philip Falcone and his co-workers in successfully organizing an investment forum in New York, which he said helped U.S. businesses understanding more about Viet Nam’s policies and investment opportunities in the country.
