Center for Rural Water Supply and Environment Sanitation: Develop further 1500 water meters (11/07/2010)
In the first six months of 2010, the Center for Rural Water Supply and Environment Sanitation developed further 1500 water meters and supplied more than 2,370,000 m3 of water for rural areas in the province. Therefore, as of June 2010, the province had more than 26,700 rural households in the planning areas using the national-standard-tap water with the rate of 34%.
From now to the end of this year, the Center continues to accelerate implementation of rural water supply projects, simultaneously, makes the clean water supply scheme for remote communes in the province.
Researchers find hole in Adobe fix (10/07/2010)
The out-of-cycle Adobe Reader and Acrobat patch released on Tuesday has failed to remedy an issue that could allow an attacker to run malicious code, according to a Vietnamese security company.
However, according to Bach Khoa Internetwork Security centre (Bkis), the update has failed to fully remedy the issue, which Vietnamese antivirus provider said is being used by viruses in attacks.
