On the Monday, the 28 September 2009 at Movenpick Hotel (Hanoi) Vietnam Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety (VARANS) organized the opening ceremony for two weeks of the IAEA Integrated Regulator Review Service (IRRS) mission in Vietnam from the 27 Sep to 9 Oct 2009.
