Dr. Nguyen Huu Xuyen - Deputy Director in charge of the Institute of Science and Technology Strategy and Policy - Academy of Science, Technology and Innovation - Ministry of Science and Technology; with the participation of representatives of departments, branches, institutes, schools, business associations, economic infrastructure departments of districts, towns and cities in the province.

At the same time, Dr. Nguyen Huu Xuyen presented with the topic "Developing the Science and Technology Market technology and related issues”

In order to implement the directions of the Provincial People's Committee on Intellectual Property Strategy, Intellectual Property Development Program and Science and Technology Market Development Program in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, the Department of Science and Technology has implemented Plan No. 38/KH-SKHCN dated July 15, 2022 of the Department of Science and Technology on the organization and assignment of implementation for the period 2022-2025 on Plan No. 10/ KH-UBND dated January 13, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee implementing the Intellectual Property Strategy to 2030 in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and Decision No. 1470/QD-UBND dated May 18, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee that approved the Intellectual Property Development Program for the period 2022-2025 and orientation to 2030 in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

In addition, the Department of Science and Technology has also implemented Plan No. 56/KH-SKHCN dated January 1, 2022 on implementing the Science and Technology Market Development Program in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province until 2030 according to Decision No. 1961/QD-UBND dated July 14, 2022 of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province on promulgating the Science and Technology Market Development Program of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province until 2030.

Mr. Tran Duy Tam Thanh hopes to implement regulations and documents related to intellectual property, intellectual property development and the science and technology market through the training class to organizations, agencies and businesses in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. In addtiona, the class will guide skills in creating, managing and developing intellectual property as well as promoting intellectual property exploitation and development activities for organizations, agencies, businesses, cooperatives and individuals in the province.
