According to the Vung Tau City’s Economic Chamber, there has been no any violation at production and business establishments on the finished inspection of pre-packaged goods measurement, quality and labeling in the city in the recent time.

The inspection content of pre-packaged goods measurement, quality and labeling in phase 1 consists of certificate of business registration; certificate of business eligibility; publication of product quality and commercial products in accordance with regulations; checking production and business establishments whose have pre-packaged goods, made proper goods labeling in conformity with the Decree No. 89/2006/ND-CP dated 38 August 2006 of the Government on labels ; measurement of net and gross weight on packages.

The initial inspection results showed that production and business establishments well performed regulations on pre-packaged goods, the results of weight on packages in accordance with inspected weight; the inspected establishments are published quality on the basic of tested samples and satisfactory of requirements in comparison with Vietnam standards (TCVN); production and business establishments (grocery, bread, coffee, bottled water ...) fully complied with the contents prescribed by the State.
