With the advantage of favorable geographical location, favorable infrastructure, natural conditions, vegetable production in Chau Pha commune in recent years has achieved relatively high economic efficiency. Over the time of project implementation (from June 2017 to November 2020), the following results have been achieved including:

+ Surveyed and assessed the current state of vegetable production compared with VietGAP standards in Chau Pha. Vegetable garden compared with VietGAP criterion in Chau Pha commune shows that the growing area is quite concentrated and located in the area planned for vegetable production;

+ Built a model of production of leafy and fruit vegetables certified VietGAP on a scale of five hectares with 20 participating households in Chau Pha commune, with an increase of 16.29% in Brassica juncea L. productivity, 15.32% in Basella alba L. productivity and 25,38% in Benincasa Cerifera Savi productivity, 29.03% in Cucumis sativus L. productivity compared with the control. Gardeners are transferred to the production according to VietGAP standards such as how to choose and use fertilizers as well as plant protection products effectively that have little impact on the environment. During the production process, the plants grow and develop well, so the production efficiency increases in the Brassica juncea L. model about 34.25%, Basella alba L. model about 41.28%, Benincasa Cerifera Savi  model about 74.49%, Cucumis sativus L. model about 65.53% compared to the control;

+ Conducted assessment and granted VietGAP certificates to 20 households implementing production models achieved standards with the scale of five hectares, including one hectare  of leafy vegetables; four hectares of fruit vegetables;
