Highway 51 project started in August 2009 and the whole building site has officially been constructed since November 2009. However, in the construction process, investors and contractors have had a lot of problems due to the increase of the material costs and problems with the clearance and technical infrastructure constructions. Up to now, there are still many places to be executed the work , that haven’t been cleared yet.

Vietnam to hold chemical and oils-spill exercises (30/08/2011)

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has decided to organize the first-ever exercise on prevention of toxic chemicals and oil spills in Phu Tho and Ca Mau provinces, after the exercise on tsunami in Da Nang city this October.
The major goal of the exercise is checking the tsunami warning system of Vietnam, particularly the operation of the ten observatory stations which have just been installed in Da Nang, and to improve skills of the various groups and authorities in responding to a disaster.
