On 17th December 2009, the Department of Science and Technology co-ordinated with Institute for Nuclear Science and Technique (INST) held a seminar of offering suggestions to build a plan dealing with incident of radiation of Baria-Vungtau province. This is the seminar which aims to offer suggestions in order to build a draft plan to deal with radiation incidents in the content of deployment of the project “Researching and building plans to cope with radiation incidents in the area of Baria-Vungtau Province” chaired by Dr. Dang Duc Nhan (INST).

Participants in seminar include: the steering committee of emergency incident; leaders of the Department of Science and Technology; representatives of the police and military forces; the Department of Health, the Department of Information and Communication, and People’s Committees of districts and wards where occurred emergency incident.
