The theme of subject is studying on real situation of teacher staff quality of primary school in the province from many fields to build solutions of improving quality of teacher staff in the province. The subject implements four main contents: Summary and give argument basics and criteria to evaluate teacher staff of primary school in general; investigate and evaluate real situation of teacher staff quality of primary school as well as management to enhance the quality and impact factors on teacher staff quality of primary school; investigate and evaluate training quality of primary teacher of education college of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province; solutions to improve quality of teacher staff in primary school in province;

Acceptance Council evaluates that this subject has real meaning in improving quality of primary school staff in particular and education system in general because primary school is foundation for higher education level. Investigations and evaluation on teacher staff quality of primary school are evaluated to be meticulous and scientific, however, Council also requires subject chairman to finish and supplement following issues: Give solutions to enhance the quality of teacher staff more specific and logic; supplement project to improve quality of primary school staff of province; give recommendation and proposal with provincial People ‘s Committee, Department of Education, Department of Science & Technology to continue implementing to give results of the subject into reality to improve quality of teacher staff of primary school in province. This subject was ranked at average level by Council.
