Morning June 28th, at Vung Tau City, Ministry of Science & Technology held a Seminar “Promote skills for clue cadres specializing in media of national Science and Technology”.

The seminar is organized to promote skills of cadres specializing in media of science & technology, strengthening propganda on role of science & technology towards production and life in combination with news authoritiesb, newspaper to form propganda network on science & technology. Then, content on science & technology needs to focus on propganda including: Results on rechearch, application of science & technology; propganda, introduction to people on new achievements, models, particularly in application of science for production and life, bringing effectiveness for demand of sociality and economics at the locality, unit; strengthening creating new ideas; executing law on science and technology effectively

Leaders of Ministry of Science & Technology, experts on media in the field of science & technology released sthengths and weaknesses of localities in propganda on science and technology. It is said that expenses investment and communication team on science and technology at localities now is limited. Media on science and technology is in status of following worn way and without innovation.

At the seminar, representatives, leaders of Department of Science & Technology of provinces, cities and corespendents of news authorities at the South area, proposing measures on combination regime, connecting scientific and technologicial heads, in order to make it more effective in coming time; besides discussing and contributing ideas on rules and supplying scientific and technological information at the locality.

Vice Minister of Science & Technology Nghiêm Vũ Khải said that, propganda will encourage people layers, particularly scientists are encouraged to create more to reach its targets in the field of science and technology towards development of economics – society of the country.

To execute such targets, Ministry also introduces typical objects, particularly enterprises, organizations, individuals applying science and technology to enhance competition and effectiveness in production, business.
